Well, it turns out, it fits on your actual electric toothbrush like an attachment (I know!). If your toothbrush takes Oral-B ExtraSoft, FlexiSoft, or DualAction replacement toothbrush heads, then it will be compatible with Tingle Tip. To use, you just remove your toothbrush head and replace it with the Tingletip.
