Easy to adjust length

Metal pins are used to change the lengths and they adjust easily using just a couple of fingers. When split you're left with 1 bar measuring 15 inches and the other 2 measuring 12 inches each. Each end has heavy eye bolts so you can attach your choice of hand or wrist cuffs.
