Competition Terms & Conditions

1) This competition is organised by Vibrator.co.uk.
2) This Competition is only available to UK residents and is not available to employees or contractors of Vibrator.co.uk or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of a Competition, or their families. Persons resident in a country or jurisdiction outside the UK where a Competition may breach any law or regulation may not enter.
3) You need to be over 18 to enter this competition. Only one entry will be accepted per email address.
4) For this Competition, The winner will be drawn at random.
5) The prize is non-transferable and there will be no cash alternatives. Vibrator.co.uk reserves the right to alter the advertised prize in circumstances out of our control but the alternative prize will be of an equal or greater value.
6) Vibrator.co.uk does not accept responsibility for late, lost, damaged or corrupted entries.
7) Vibrator.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or amend any Competition or the Terms without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Vibrator.co.uk’s reasonable control. Any changes will be posted on this Competition page(s). If there is any dispute regarding the Terms, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Vibrator.co.uk shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
8) In no event shall Vibrator.co.uk be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages or injury to persons whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of products supplied as competition prizes.
9) By entering the draw, entrants consent to the use by the Promoter of such personal details collected from prize draw entries as are required for the purpose of administering the draw. Personal data will be treated in confidence and used solely in accordance with UK data protection including, but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 1998 and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the entrants concerned. The Promoter may disclose personal data where such disclosure is permitted or required by law or statute, court or equivalent authority of competent jurisdiction or regulation, or where the entrant or entrants concerned have consented to such disclosure.
10) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11) By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Vibrator.co.uk may require.

13) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
14) Vibrator.co.uk will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
15) Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
