The candle is set into a lovely ceramic pot with a lip that allows for easy pouring of the wax onto the skin. In no time at all you'll find your room filled with the gorgeous scent of bourbon which also puts you in the perfect frame of mind for a massage.
Silky smooth and moisturising
If you've never experienced a wax massage before then you'll be surprised at how different it feels from ordinary candle wax. It wasn't as hot as I felt it would be and the melted oil felt wonderfully moisturising on the skin and left it soft and glowing.
The massage stone is just the right size and shape to hold comfortably and less heavy than you might imagine. Even if you don't use oil the 4 nodules on the stone produce a gentle and relaxing massage. The large dome of the stone is great for making sweeping strokes across the shoulders while the nodules do a great job of working out any tight knots.
But Why Buy??!
This makes for a gorgeous couple's gift and is wonderful for a lazy night in. The candle smelt just wonderful and we enjoyed using the stone as a massaging tool. The massage definitely put me in the mood for a spot of passionate lovemaking but had to hold off on the OH's massage as I think he would just have fallen asleep!
